The workflow-related data submitted by users in your organization are maintained under the Administration option on the Main Menu (for more information, see Administering User and Workflow Data).

These users must register with a valid email address to be given access to workflows with Registration Required publishing settings. These users know about the workflow URL either via links on your website, email, or some other means. Once registered, users can access the workflow by logging onto their accounts.

Public
These users can access workflows with publishing options set to Public at any time. They know about the workflow URL via a link on your website or some other means. They do not have to register for an account, so long as they accept a workflow's Terms and Conditions.
