Logging On to AUTTO
Upon getting an invitation to AUTTO, you will be asked to create an account the first time you try to access AUTTO. Only invited users can create an account in AUTTO.
To log on to AUTTO:
- Enter your AUTTO URL in your browser's URL bar. All AUTTO instances have their own URL. For example, http://exampleURL.autto.io.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
NOTE: The logon process is different if you have integrated AUTTO with your organisation's current Identity Provider, e.g. Azure Active Directory, Okta, and SecureAuth. For more information, see Setting Up Single Sign-On in AUTTO.
Logging Off from AUTTO
To log off from AUTTO, click the Main menu on the top-right of your Admin Dashboard, then click Log Out.
Resetting the Password for your AUTTO Account
In case you forget your password and/or you cannot access your AUTTO account for any reason, you can reset your password.
- Enter your AUTTO URL in your browser's URL bar. All AUTTO instances have their own URL. For example, http://exampleURL.autto.io.
- Click Reset your password.
- Enter your email address in the box, then click Send.
NOTE: You may need to close your browser window after resetting your password.
- Go to your mailbox and follow the link to reset your password.
- Enter your new password twice, then click Password Reset.
- Click Go To Sign In to go to the AUTTO Sign-In page, then log on using your email address and the password you just entered in Step 5.
NOTE: Passwords in AUTTO must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 8-character length
- Contain at least one lowercase character
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one special character
